Jon Hubbell, the multi-talented producer and composer behind JANN
started up this project in hopes of finding peace through his exit of religion. The sound that Hubbell was after was similar to the feeling of muscles loosening after some deep breathing. The calm before falling into a deep sleep. The perception of weightlessness after a burden has been removed.
It is an emotional journey that combines his whispy voice and vast amounts of soundscapes made up of infinite layers of synths and guitars.
Soon to be released on human label alongside a remix from Kraak & Smaak.
lyrics
Up all night
Keep my easy eye shut tight
Who am I to know? Who am I to know? Waste your time
Try to pick a fight close by
Who am I to know? Who am I to know?
The right way to your love Leaves me drowning up above The right way to your love When the push begins to shove
I gave in
Pressure of the sound caving in For you have told me so You have told me so Plastic house
Built upon the rocks of doubt Who am I to know?
Who am I to know you?
The right way to your love Leaves me drowning up above The right way to your love When the push begins to shove
Who am I to know? Who am I to know?
The right way to your love Leaves me drowning up above The right way to your love When the push begins to shove
